Time seems to vanish as one day blurs into the next. Work/life balance, relationships, erratic sleep cycles, and unfinished emotional business challenge you.I can help you regain a sense of control in this out-of-control world.
My approach to therapy is empowering, collaborative, and authentic. I understand that taking the first step toward making changes is the hardest step. I’m here to support you in the process of healing, discovery, and transformation.
